All products have been passed by the Irish medicine board and governing bodies but allways check with your governing body to make sure that none of the products contravene their rules.

Each item and page is carefully proof read, but an occasional error is inevitable. CoPa Ireland will not honor presented prices that are typographically incorrect.

Due to various sizes, styles and colors, CoPa Ireland cannot guarantee that the item you order is the exact item shown in the corresponding picture. Often times, the same image will be used to represent all variations of the same product. Also, manufacturers may change labeling, packaging and product design before we are able to update this website for accuracy.

Prices and Payment
All prices are in € euro and include Irish VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards.

Delivery
We can only deliver within the mainland Ireland on this website. We can deliver anywhere around the world, but you need to contact us with your requirement, so we can price this accordingly. For Irish delivery we do not, as standard, guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver most items within the next working day as long as orders are received at lunchtime on the previous day.

Deliveries Within Ireland - Are delivered Free Of Charge for orders over €100.00. There will be a €10.00 charge for orders under €100.00. Some items may have an additional delivery charge, as they may be heavy or bulky items that need to be priced seperatley depending on what you have ordered and what is the most cost effective way of dispatching the order to you - we will notify you of this.

Exports - We export all over the world. Please place an order and we will advise you the shipping cost before the order is fully processed. Please contact us for current shipping rates.

Returns - We will give a full refund or exchange, if goods are returned in a saleable condition within 30 days. All damages or wrong orders must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of goods by email or letter.

Purchasing
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data is not accessible via internet. We keep the data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Feeding Rates - All users are advised to read all labelling and instructions carefully prior to using any product. The length of time a supplement will last as stated in the product description, is based on feeding a full size horse at maintenance levels. Feeding rates can be adjusted down for ponies and small horses. Please follow feeding rates on labelling.

Product Out Of Stock - If any item is out of stock, we will send the rest of your order and the balance will be sent at a later date with no extra cost for delivery.
