Privacy policy and Data protection Act
The information we need, how we use it and protect it.When you place an order with us, we will require your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and mobile if possible, and for online shopping credit/debit card number, card expiry date and security number (the last 3 numbers on the back of your card). For some cards we also require Issue Number and 'Valid From' date. Without this information we will not be able to process your order, notify you of acceptance of your order or deliver your order.

Our site uses secure server software to protect your information whenever you place an order using your credit card. To minimise the risk of information being intercepted before it is recieved by us, this software encrypts the credit card information you input before it is sent to us.

Data protection statement
We follow security procedures as required under Ireland Data Protection Legislation (the Data Protection Act 1988) to protect the information that we store about you from unauthorised access.

We only hold information ourselves and do not pass it on to any third party. However we may pass the information to couriers and other agents in case they need to contact you to arrange the processing or delivery of your order.
